Get unstuck
A useful problem report takes less than a minute.
Send your administrator or the team's QA board:
- The app and the page where it happened.
- What you tried to do.
- What you expected and what appeared instead.
- The run ID, approximate time and environment, if shown.
- A screenshot with private information removed.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, API keys or another person's records.
If a request times out after you pressed Start, check saved runs before trying again. The job may already exist. If a scientific result is surprising, keep the inputs and result together; changing the inputs first makes the problem harder to reproduce.
