Join your workspace

You need an invitation from your workspace administrator. Use the email address shown on it.

Follow these stepsCopy Anchor Link

1. Open the OSPRI invitation and select its join button.
2. Read the workspace name, apps and role shown on the invitation page.
3. Sign in with the invited email address. If asked, verify that email using the separate verification message.
4. Accept the invitation. Open the workspace and check that the expected apps appear.

You are done when: you can open the workspace and use the apps listed on your invitation.

• Wrong account: sign out of that account and sign in with the invited address. Do not create another account just to get around the message.
• Expired or withdrawn invitation: ask the administrator for a fresh invitation.
• App missing: ask which app and role your invitation includes. An invitation to Brain does not automatically include every IQ tool.
• Email missing: check spam and confirm the address with the administrator.

An existing production login should continue to work. A separately labelled test environment may use a different sign-in session. Do not reset a working production password to fix a pilot permission issue.
