Turn a meeting into next steps

Review what was decided, who owns it and what comes next.

  1. Open Meetings and choose the meeting.
  2. Review its transcript or available source material. Check whether the recording and processing are complete.
  3. Ask for decisions, unanswered questions and tasks. Ask Brain to include names and dates only when the source supports them.
  4. Correct any mistaken names or commitments before sharing or creating tasks.
  5. Review the destination and proposed task details before approving a connected-app action.

A useful prompt: “What did we actually agree to? Give me the owner, due date if stated, and source for each task. Put unclear items in a separate list.”

Missing audio is missing evidence. If only part of the meeting is available, ask for that limitation to be stated rather than treating the summary as complete.
