Connect an app

1. Open Apps or Connections, depending on your Brain version.
2. Choose the service and use its sign-in button.
3. Check the account and permissions on the provider's approval screen.
4. Return to Brain and confirm that the connection is shown as ready.
5. Try one small read, such as finding a document you already know you can access.

Connecting a service does not grant permission to every organization or record inside it. If a permission is later withdrawn, the next operation must respect that change.

For a write, review the exact change first. Examples include creating a task, saving a scientist's decision or updating a customer record. If the action is uncertain, inspect the destination before repeating it.
