Documentation changes
What this first shared documentation release covers.
This release introduces one task-based documentation home for Brain, DimerIQ, AssayIQ, ICD-IQ, Commercial and platform administration.
It separates existing app workflows from the new shared-platform pilot. DimerIQ developer guides cover panel runs, safe pause/resume, candidate evidence and review decisions. New examples use command line, Python, Node.js and PowerShell.
Documentation changes follow product releases. An operation is marked available only when its endpoint, authorization and expected result have been verified. Product release checks remain separate from a successful documentation build.
Verified on October 9, 2026 (Pacific)
The published Python and Node.js clients read the same saved staging run and its candidate evidence. A Node.js submission, MCP pause and Python resume produced saved stopped checkpoints and a new linked run ID. MCP review-decision save, same-ID retry and read-back passed. Missing tokens and tokens for the wrong audience were rejected. These are direct API/MCP tests, not a completed ChatGPT application acceptance test.
The Fumadocs source is versioned with a CI check for content links, schema references, types and the production build. The full app release gates remain separate.
