AssayIQ API, MCP and Excel
Use the supported client for your current AssayIQ installation.
The existing private AssayIQ assistant component exposes open_assayiq, configure_panel, update_panel, search_catalog, get_panel, import_target_file and export_excel.
Ask to open AssayIQ, enter your target list, then review the result inside its component. Follow-up requests can revise the panel or export the design sheet. Detailed results are intentionally shown in that private component; the model-visible response contains status. Do not ask another tool to bypass that boundary and extract hidden catalog data.
The local plugin and a hosted MCP service are different deployments. Installing a plugin does not publish the proprietary engine. The new OSPRI-managed hosted API/MCP release, organization isolation and developer quickstarts are pending; no public endpoint is claimed here.
For Excel, use your administrator's approved add-in and its sign-in flow. Verify that you are writing into the intended workbook. Downloading an .xlsx file is also supported where offered, but does not install the add-in.
